Welcome to the GelBuddy Project

GelBuddy is a Java-based program for PC and Macintosh computers which includes several utilities to assist discovery of mutations and polymorphisms in applications based on single-base mismatch cleavage of heteroduplexed PCR products.

GelBuddy is copyright 2005, the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Development of GelBuddy was funded by the National Science Foundation Biological Databases and Informatics Program, Award #0234960, and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. [Sponsored by NSF and HHMI]
