Notes
1. Mix solution and freeze in 10 - 15 microliter aliquots at -80°C.
2. For motility assays, thaw 1 aliquot. Keep on ice covered in foil. Add 1/20 volume to each motility assay, e.g., 0.45 microliter per 9 microliters motility assay.
