Links to the database entries for the myosin sequences used in the alignment and tree are given below as hot links. They are listed firstly in order of Organism then Myosin Class/Organism . In addition links to other myosin sequences as yet not included in the tree are presented here in italics.

The myosin sequences themselves can be obtained directly from the databases by clicking on any of the links below or by searching for them at Genbank (Note, search the protein database) or in SwissProt, EMBL or PIR at the EBI.

We have checked these links for errors but should you find any that we have missed please do email Rhys Roberts with the details so they can be corrected.
